Project Runway Winner Helps Launch “Stuck At Prom” Contest

Michelle Franklin, the 2011 Project Runway winner, joined with Duck Brand duct tape to launch this years “Stuck At Prom” contest.

The contest, an annual event, awards scholarships to high school students who design and make prom wear from duct tape.
