Falling Cotton Futures Bode Well For Cloth Tape Prices

Cotton future prices have continued to fall since the beginning of the year and that bodes well for the buyers of cloth tapes like gaffers tape.

Falling US exports, coupled with expectation that American farmers would increase their 2014 plantings in cotton have trimmed the commodity price from its late 2013 highs.

Cotton is the most expensive component in gaffers tape and has the most impact on the price.
